Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. seeks an Operational Technology Security Engineer to apply cybersecurity practices to OT systems (SCADA, PLCs, HMIs) and support DoD programs.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, vulnerability management, secure configuration, incident response planning, and integration with IT security teams. Seven years OT cybersecurity experience, DoD SECRET clearance eligibility, and familiarity with NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443, DOD STIGs are required.

Qualifications

• Seven years of OT cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with OT protocols (Modbus/TCP, EtherNet/IP, IEC 61850, ICCP, DNP3, BACnet).
• Ability to bridge IT and OT cybersecurity requirements.
• Experience deploying OT security monitoring solutions.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity artifacts and documentation.
• Familiarity with OT regulatory obligations and patch management workflows.
• Proficiency with analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Platform).
• Able to generate audit-ready cybersecurity reports for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Integrate OT processes with information systems to resolve total system problems.
• Analyze information security requirements for OT environments.
• Apply analytical approaches to workflow, organization, and planning.
• Provide security engineering support for OT systems from design to integration.
