Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a cybersecurity support engineer to help customers apply security solutions and support implementation across life cycles. You will collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and ensure successful outcomes.

Applicants should have strong ICS/SCADA knowledge, experience in OT environments, and familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST, and ISO security standards. Willingness to travel up to 65% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in cybersecurity, computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in industrial automation or OT environments.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in industrial automation or OT environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of ICS/SCADA systems, network protocols (Modbus, OPC), and industrial communication standards.
• Knowledge of OT security best practices and cybersecurity frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST, ISO/IEC 2700x).

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to customers by helping them apply cybersecurity solutions
• Execute and support implementation of cybersecurity solutions
• Provide training and ongoing support to customers throughout the solution lifecycle
• Collaborate with Sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements
