The role emphasizes shaping roadmaps, securing capital projects, and leading cross-functional teams while engaging with executives to align cyber risk with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or cybersecurity field.
• 10+ years in OT, ICs, SCADA, or critical infrastructure consulting.
• Proven ability to lead complex multidisciplinary engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management for critical infrastructure clients.
• Develop roadmaps, implementation plans, and investment strategies.
• Architect secure OT/IT integration and modernized systems.
• Manage multidisciplinary projects across North America.
• Deliver executive briefings, reports, and client workshops.
• Support business development and account growth initiatives.
• Mentor and develop teams across OT, cyber, and engineering disciplines.
