Job summary

GHD is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead OT cybersecurity and critical infrastructure advisory across North America. You will guide cybersecurity strategy, roadmaps, and risk programs for utilities, municipalities, and industrial operators.

You will develop secure OT architectures, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and support business development while traveling across North America as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Automation, Instrumentation, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of OT/ICs/SCADA/industrial cybersecurity or related consulting experience.
• Experience leading complex multidisciplinary consulting engagements and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk engagements for critical infrastructure clients.
• Develop secure OT/SCADA architectures and integration strategies.
• Manage multidisciplinary consulting engagements across North America; develop scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Support business development, client interviews, and account growth initiatives.
• Mentor consultants and promote collaborative, technically rigorous teams.
