Orion Talent is seeking a Senior Cyber Systems Administrator (Operational Technologies) to lead hands-on security for industrial control environments, with 5+ years in cybersecurity or 10+ for senior level, building a lab, installing, hardening and administering OT systems.

Ideal candidates will have OT knowledge, SIEM setup experience and ability to deploy endpoint detection from scratch, plus CISSP/GICSP or equivalent training.

Qualifications

• OT cybersecurity architecture knowledge aligned to standards.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity or 10+ years for Level IV.
• Must know NDR, EDR, and SIEM.
• GICSP/CISSP or equivalent training or experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a lab for an industrial control systems environment.
• Install, harden, and administer OT systems.
• Manage cybersecurity tools such as NDR, EDR, and SIEM.
