Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an Endpoint Management Systems Administrator to deliver enterprise endpoint provisioning, deployment, patching, compliance, and sustainment across multiple networks. The role emphasizes OS deployment, configurations, and secure baselines, with strong collaboration across engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT‑related field or 8+ years of IT experience in lieu of degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with favorable Polygraph.
• DoD 8140 Information Assurance requirements (e.g., Security+ CE).
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (40+ hrs).
• Hands-on experience administering enterprise endpoint management platforms across multinetwork environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise endpoint management platforms for provisioning, imaging, and sustainment of OS and devices.
• Manage automated OS imaging, task sequences, driver packages, boot images, and configuration baselines.
• Administer device authentication, policy enforcement, encryption, and secure configuration across networks.
• Support packaging, deployment, distribution, and troubleshooting of software delivery.
• Maintain endpoint configuration policies, and deployment rules to ensure consistent enforcement of standards.
• Monitor endpoint health, patch levels, vulnerability remediation, and compliance posture; coordinate remediation actions.
• Perform patch management for security patches, OS updates, and application updates.
• Troubleshoot imaging, deployment, authentication, domain join failures, and profile issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, and operations teams to enable modernization initiatives.
• Develop and maintain operational SOPs, configuration guides, and change management artifacts.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for endpoint incidents aligned to service levels.
