Kalman & Company, Inc. seeks a highly motivated analyst with strong ORSA experience to support DoW and government clients.

You will work with military leaders, engineers, and financial managers to collect, analyze, and communicate information that informs high-impact programs. As part of the Business Analytics Team, you will contribute to major studies, develop analytical products, and apply data analytics tools to produce insights.

Qualifikationen

• Active security clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, CS).
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, workforce planning, or manpower.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of analytical products to support DoW capability acquisition and sustainment.
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques for reports.
• Coordinate with senior government leadership and stakeholders to gather and communicate information.
• Integrate new technologies for advanced analytics and automation (Power BI, PowerApps, AI, ML).
• Develop data visualizations and reports using Access, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Document data profiling, data dictionaries, and analytical findings.
• Identify, validate, cleanse, and normalize data for predictive models and trend analyses.
