Senior ORSA Analytics Lead for DoD & DoW

Job summary

Kalman and Company is seeking a highly motivated analyst with strong ORSA experience to support DoW clients. You will work with military leaders, engineers, and logisticians to collect, analyze, and communicate data that drives critical programs for the United States DoW and allies.

You will develop analytical products, interpret data with statistical techniques, and create dashboards using Power BI and Excel, contributing to monthly and quarterly deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years overall experience in data analytics or workforce planning.
• Experience providing ORSA support to DoW.
• Experience with DoW decision analysis and PPBE processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of analytical products supporting DoW priority capabilities.
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
• Coordinate with senior government leadership and competency leads.
• Integrate new technologies for advanced analytics and automation.
• Develop reports and data visuals using Access, Excel, Power BI, Word.
• Collaborate to define data collection strategies and data frameworks.
• Document data profiling, quality assurance, and data dictionaries.
• Create predictive models and trend analyses from datasets.
