Job summary

The Outreach Team is a national field firm focused on social change campaigns. This Organizing Project Director role oversees a team of organizers, manages client relationships, and drives campaign timelines from development to evaluation.

It requires experience building coalitions, leading large teams, and delivering results under tight deadlines. Expect 40–60 hour weeks with travel for site visits, and a compensation package that includes health benefits, generous vacation, and a cell phone

Qualifications

• Experience managing a diverse team of organizers in a fast-paced or goals-based environment.
• Experience being a fundamental decision maker on a large or fast-paced organizing project.
• Experience working within coalitions or partner organizations.
• Experience driving recruitment and building volunteer pipelines.
• Bilingual in Spanish-English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make key decisions and own success metrics for assigned organizing projects.
• Partner with clients to develop and execute field plans and strategy.
• Track deliverables and proactively identify problems, proposing solutions.
