Ideal candidates will have significant experience in field campaigns, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to equity and social justice. Compensation ranges from $90k to $110k per year with benefits including fully paid health care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or leading teams.
• Experience managing paid field campaigns and canvass operations.
• Strong foundation in HR and legal compliance.
