The Outreach Team seeks an Organizing Project Director to lead a team of organizers on social change campaigns. This full-time role drives development, implementation, evaluation, and success across campaigns, while maintaining client relationships and supervising staff to meet timelines.

• Partner with clients to develop field plans and organizing strategy.

• Develop metrics to guide campaign trajectory using planning tools.
• Oversee office logistics, budgets, payroll, and vendor relationships.
