Job Summary

This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that enhance the overall performance and culture of the organization.

Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy: Employees | Value | Execution | Relationships

Minimum Qualifications
  • A working knowledge of human resource practices, typically acquired through a four-year degree in human resources or a related field;
  • Seven years' experience in implementing and managing organizational development.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive organizational development strategies and programs aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct assessments to identify organizational needs, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Design and facilitate impactful training programs and workshops that promote employee development and organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant training content.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees for skill and career development.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and organizational development.
  • Utilize various training methods and technologies for effective content delivery.
  • Monitor and report on training initiatives' progress and impact.
  • Perform additional assignments as requested.

  • Salary range $94,460 - $118,080
  • Annual short-term incentive bonus of up to 20% based on eligibility and company goals.
