Role Overview

To expand our reach, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to own and implement lead generation and manage inbound sales inquiries across multiple customer segments. This role is critical to driving the top of the sales funnel through focused outbound prospecting, lead sourcing, and proactive engagement with healthcare stakeholders. Ideal candidates will bring experience in healthcare technology sales and demonstrate comfort engaging decision-makers across hospitals, cancer centers, ambulatory care centers, life science organizations and healthcare systems.

What You Will Do

Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and source qualified leads across hospitals, cancer centers, and healthcare organizations that align with NavPoint Health’s value proposition.

Lead Qualification: Engage with key decision-makers (e.g., CFOs, Revenue Cycle Leaders, Administrators,) to assess needs and determine fit.

Inbound Inquiry Management: Triage and respond to inbound leads with professionalism and speed to convert interest into qualified opportunities.

Appointment Setting: Book meetings and hand off qualified leads to the Business Development team for deeper engagement.

Multi-Channel Engagement: Maintain consistent outreach using email, phone, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

CRM Management: Accurately log and manage lead data, communications, and pipeline progression in NavPoint Health’s CRM.

Market Intelligence: Capture and share insights from conversations and industry trends to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign strategy.

Collaboration: Work closely with the NavPoint Commercial team to refine outreach scripts, messaging, and segment-specific approaches.

Who You Are

Healthcare and/or Technology Sales Background: Minimum 3+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development within the healthcare technology, healthcare or SaaS sector. Experience selling solutions related to Experience with EHR Systems and familiarity with patient navigation and care coordination workflows and solutions is strongly preferred.

Comfortable Engaging All Stakeholders: Must be comfortable approaching all levels of customers, from frontline staff to C-suite executives (CFOs, COOs, and CEOs).

Strong Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to articulate NavPoint Health’s value proposition clearly and build rapport with various stakeholders.

Self-Starter & Results-Oriented: Able to work independently, meet lead generation targets, and be motivated by performance-based incentives.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and lead generation tools (Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc..), email automation platforms, and other healthcare sales prospecting tools.
