Job Summary

This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that enhance the overall performance and culture of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• A working knowledge of human resource practices typically acquired through a four-year degree in human resources or a related field.
• Seven years’ experience in implementing and managing organizational development.

Job Responsibilities

• Develops and executes comprehensive organizational development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Conducts assessments to identify organizational needs, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Designs and facilitates impactful training programs and workshops for employee development and organizational growth.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to create relevant training content.
• Evaluates training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Provides coaching and support to employees for skill and career development.
• Stays current with industry trends in training and organizational development.
• Uses various training methods and technologies to deliver content effectively.
• Monitors and reports on training initiatives' progress and impact.
• Performs additional assignments as requested.

• Salary range: $94,460 - $118,080
• Annual short-term incentive bonus of up to 20% based on eligibility and company goals.
