Sand Cherry Associates is seeking an experienced Organizational Development/Management Consultant to support a Fortune 100 client in leading organizational design and research efforts. You will conduct on-site visits in the US, run focus groups, interviews, and surveys, then translate findings into action plans and roadmaps for leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years consulting experience supporting large Fortune 100-500 organizations in organizational research, design or development, organizational effectiveness, strategy, or transformation consulting.
• Experience designing and conducting research studies including focus groups, stakeholder interviews, organizational assessments, benchmarking, and research-driven strategic development.
• Proven ability to take an engagement from research → analysis → recommendations → roadmap → implementation planning.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate complex findings into practical business recommendations.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive research studies to inform organizational design and optimization strategies.
• Utilize research methodologies including focus groups, stakeholder interviews, employee surveys, market research, benchmarking, and other qualitative and quantitative approaches.
• Conduct hands-on research and facilitate conversations with stakeholders across multiple levels.
• Analyze and synthesize research findings to identify trends, opportunities, gaps, and improvement areas.
• Translate research findings into clear, actionable organizational design recommendations.
• Develop strategic roadmaps linking research findings to practical implementation.
• Create executive-ready presentations, reports, and documentation communicating findings and recommendations.
• Conduct readouts and presentations with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align research with broader business objectives.
