Job summary

PNC is seeking an Organizational Change Specialist Senior to join its Organizational Change Management group, based in Pittsburgh, PA or hub locations. You will lead multiple OCM workstreams, define business impacts, develop readiness plans and create learning and communication materials to support adoption.

Responsibilities include guiding teams, conducting stakeholder impact analyses, and delivering robust change solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree required with 3+ years relevant / direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired for this role.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable mix of education, certifications and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Leads one or more consulting engagement modules to understand, analyze, develop and recommend Organizational Change (Org Chg) solutions.
• Works closely with clients to define the business problem, issues and planned approach for Org Chg components.
• Oversees performance of data collection, research and reporting activities and staff; coaches junior team members.
• Leads analyses and solution development for key Org Chg engagement modules.
• Provides recommended Org Chg solutions and delivers client presentations with senior staff.
