Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Senior Organization Effectiveness Specialist to partner with senior leaders and HR partners on culture, change management and OD interventions. The role drives leadership development programs, coaching, and program design aligned with strategic goals.

You will evaluate OE interventions, maintain a portfolio of assessment tools, and ensure executive-level collaboration across the system. A strong background in project leadership and metrics is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in OE/Development or related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive HR/OE/OE/change leadership experience.
• Experience designing metrics in large complex organizations.
• Proven OE/OD interventions and change model experience.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OE and change initiatives across the institution.
• Partner with senior leaders, managers and HRBPs on culture and change.
• Develop programs with Langone Academy and OD colleagues.
• Provide development opportunities and coaching to leaders.
• Assess interventions for impact using qualitative/quantitative methods.
• Build strategic partnerships with internal and external sources.
