Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Senior Specialist in Workplace Culture and Inclusion to advance a positive, inclusive work environment across our organization.

This role partners with clinical, research, education, and corporate services leaders to design, implement, and assess programs that strengthen culture, belonging, and engagement; coach leaders; facilitate cross-group collaboration; and translate data into actionable improvement strategies that elevate the quality of care we deliver to

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Executive Coaching, Organization Development/Effectiveness or Diversity Equity and Inclusion, preferably in a strategic planning role or program management.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes organizational analysis methods to identify opportunities for change/improvement.
• Works with leaders to design programs that support a positive work environment and address issues early.
• Provides education to leadership on promoting a positive and open work environment.
• Establishes feedback mechanisms to assess education/initiatives.
• Regularly measure and analyze and provide consultative support for improvement.
• Facilitate team meetings, retreats, and town halls.
• Provide leadership coaching to Managers, Directors, and VP+ leaders.
• Develop partnerships with leaders through facilitation and influencing skills.
• Collaborate with Workplace Culture and Inclusion members on engagement and DEI initiatives.
• Define KPIs and track delivery against objectives.
