Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand and apply customer enterprise change methodology and framework(s) to the change efforts being implemented, with the aim of upholding a positive stakeholder experience.
  • Create change strategy and develop change management plans tailored to meet business/program/project objectives, monitor progress against plan, triage issues which may arise, and coach leaders through overcoming barriers and mitigating risks.
  • Engage all impacted stakeholders through appropriate activities, including those who can most influence the successful outcome of the adoption of change.
  • Lead, manage and/or contribute to change management workstreams within initiatives, providing clear guidance during times of ambiguity.
  • Enable benefit realization through a focus on increasing adoption and proficiency, driving ongoing sustainment of new ways of working.
  • Drive connectivity and awareness of changes and impacts across partners in the enterprise.
  • Assess the impact of changes (people/process/technology) and provide insights to better inform business decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with assigned business units, programs and/or existing business partners to proactively plan and mitigate the expected resistance and risks associated with change.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of change management activities throughout the lifecycle of highly complex initiatives / programs / projects with significant enterprise impact or major business segment impact, working closely with business executives to create change strategies and plans that drive successful adoption of change and expected benefits realization.
  • Lead and provide thought leadership to guide the execution of strategy and deliverables in order to drive forward the change management roadmap within or across business segments or at the enterprise level.
  • Provide recommendations and direction based on the end-to-end customer/colleague experience when making decisions
  • Assess and ensure that customer and employee experience / stakeholder impacts are appropriately understood and managed
  • Collaborate with partners across to drive successful adoption of change; e.g., communications, training, process, etc.
  • Create change plans and activities that drive adoption of change
  • Develop change strategies, plans, and activities that drive adoption of change and benefits realization based on business needs
  • Work with Business Owner/Sponsor to identify change adoption metrics
  • Conduct meaningful analysis at the functional or enterprise level using results to draw conclusions, make recommendations, assess the effectiveness of programs/ policies/ practices
