Heyhae is seeking an experienced Organic Marketing Specialist to lead and expand organic marketing across social media, influencer & affiliate programs, PR, community, and e-commerce. The role requires 5–8+ years of relevant experience and a track record of growing brand awareness and engaged communities.

The ideal candidate is creative and data-driven, able to lead a team while staying hands-on with strategy and execution. Beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in organic/social marketing or brand marketing
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and creator marketing
• Hands-on experience managing influencers, gifting/seeding, affiliates and creator partnerships
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or DTC/e‑commerce brands preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead organic marketing strategy across social platforms with goals tied to brand awareness, engagement, traffic and revenue
• Own the content calendar and develop platform-specific strategies using trends and performance data
• Test content formats and strategies to improve reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions
• Lead influencer, creator, ambassador and affiliate programs from strategy through execution
• Track performance across engagement, traffic, conversion, revenue, CAC and ROI to identify growth opportunities
• Build relationships with media, creators, agencies, and brand partners for launches and press initiatives
• Define and track KPIs across channels and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with paid media and e‑commerce teams to understand attribution and the customer journey
