Job summary

Heyhae in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Organic Marketing Specialist to lead and grow our organic marketing efforts across social media, influencer and affiliate programs, PR, community, and ecommerce. With 5–8+ years in brand marketing, you will own strategy, content calendars, and platform-specific tactics, balancing creative execution with data-driven optimization.

You will collaborate with teams across creative, e-commerce, paid marketing, product, and ops to scale brand awareness

Qualifications

3–5+ years in organic/social media and brand marketing.
Experience leading influencer, affiliate, and PR programs.
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead organic marketing strategy across social platforms.
Own content calendar and platform-specific strategies based on trends.
Test content formats and posting strategies to improve reach, engagement, traffic and conversion.
Lead influencer, creator, ambassador, gifting, and affiliate programs from strategy to execution.
Track performance across engagement, traffic, conversion, revenue, CAC, ROI.
Build regular performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with creative, e-commerce, paid marketing, product, and operations teams.
Mentor the organic marketing team and align campaigns with product launches.
