Job summary

WEKA, based in Campbell, CA, is seeking a Senior Order and Fulfillment Manager to own the order lifecycle from entry through shipment confirmation in a hybrid role within Finance & Accounting. You will partner with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Customer Success to ensure accurate orders, timely fulfillment, and revenue stability.

The role requires 5+ years in order management or related operations, strong data accuracy, and proficiency with SFDC and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in order management, supply chain, logistics, or related operations role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
• Proficiency with CRM software (SFDC) and ERP software (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the order lifecycle - entry, processing, fulfillment and shipment confirmation
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies or fulfillment issues
• Communicate with internal customers regarding order status, changes or issues
• Handle escalated order issues, entitlement and exceptions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and SLAs
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate and on-time shipments
• Develop and implement processes to improve order accuracy and fulfillment speed
• Monitor KPIs such as order cycle time, shipment lead time, shipping accuracy, on-time delivery
• Collaborate with Finance, Product Management, Professional Services, Deals Desk and Sales Teams
