Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of project or program management experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end ownership of order lifecycle from intake through production and delivery.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans aligned to production schedules; identify critical paths and risks.
• Serve as primary escalation point for order execution challenges; coordinate rapid resolution and recovery planning.
• Lead timeline improvements, schedule adherence, and on-time delivery across operations.
• Monitor KPIs such as cycle time, OTD, backlog, WIP aging, and material availability.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA for inefficiencies and delays.
