Job summary

CS Power Systems, a division of Canadian Solar, is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist II (Manufacturing) in Mesquite, TX, to drive on-site order management and coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely execution.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, SOP compliance, data-driven reporting, and continuous improvement across fulfilment operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in order fulfilment, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Experience in solar, renewable energy, battery, automotive or other high-volume manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes (order fulfilment, inventory, logistics).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Planning, Material Control, Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order flow.
• Oversee picking, packing, labeling, and shipping accuracy; monitor stock levels and cycle counts.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers and internal teams; track shipments and optimize costs.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement; ensure SOP compliance and system enhancements.
• Track and report KPIs such as On-Time Delivery, Order Accuracy, and Inventory Accuracy.
