Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse operations; SAP/Excel experience preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and WMS.
• Ability to operate forklifts; certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; flexible hours including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
• Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping for timely delivery.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Ensure safety compliance and company policies.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics.
• Process shipping and receiving documentation in the WMS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies.
• Assist in continuous improvement for warehouse efficiency.
