Job summary

CS Power Systems, a cutting-edge division of Canadian Solar, seeks a qualified Supply Chain professional to manage order fulfilment, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination in a fast-paced environment. This role requires collaboration with planning, material control, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years in order fulfilment or logistics, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and experience with ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in order fulfilment, warehouse operations, or logistics.
Experience in solar, renewable energy, battery, automotive or other high-volume manufacturing industries.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes (order fulfilment, inventory, logistics).

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Planning, Material Control, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order flow.
Monitor order status and resolve delays or exceptions.
Oversee picking, packing, labeling, and shipping accuracy; ensure inventory accuracy.
Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers and internal teams; track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement; support SOP compliance and systems enhancements.
