You will own engagement financials, manage risks, and drive delivery excellence, leveraging AI and automation to accelerate results. Willingness to travel up to 60% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 5-7 years of relevant consulting/technology transformation experience.
• 5-7 years in Engagement Manager or comparable leadership role.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle-enabled transformation programs.
• Experience delivering Oracle product suites in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience managing large delivery teams and executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing engagement financials (budgets, forecasts, revenue, margin).
• Ability to travel up to 60% as needed.
• Strong engagement-management and governance capabilities.
• Broad understanding of Oracle-enabled transformation and enterprise delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams to deliver business and technology outcomes across Oracle products and industries.
• Establish governance, delivery controls, and performance measures.
• Monitor engagement health and improve quality, predictability, and transparency.
• Own engagement financial performance including budgeting and margin management.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Lead workforce planning, resource management, and talent development.
• Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations to client and leadership.
• Leverage AI, automation, and accelerators to enhance performance.
• Support business development activities including pursuits and proposals.
• Contribute to Delivery Excellence and capability development.
