Job summary

Knowledge Builders Inc. is seeking a Software Developer with expert-level Oracle SQL/PLSQL skills to support the NYWIC data warehouse and reporting efforts.

The role involves collaborating with DOH program staff to elicit requirements, develop and document Oracle reports, and maintain critical SQL libraries for recurring data requests. The candidate will work on an enterprise NYWIC Datamart/OBIEE environment, ensuring accurate data mappings, test scripts, and end-user documentation.

Qualifications

• 84+ months of experience creating SQL queries and stored procedures using Oracle PL/SQL.
• 84 months of experience meeting business staff to elicit business requirements.
• 84 months of experience working with business staff or end users to analyze or troubleshoot Oracle reports.
• 84 months of experience creating software documentation including functional specifications and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and execute Oracle SQL queries against production NYWIC database.
• Develop and maintain a library of SQL queries for recurring requests.
• Assist DOH program staff in understanding NYWIC data structures.
• Assist in developing ad-hoc queries within the NYWIC Datamart OBIEE system.
