Job summary

i-Link Solutions is hiring a Software Developer – Expert to develop and optimize Oracle SQL queries in the NYWIC environment, support data analysis, and collaborate with program staff and vendors on data mappings. The role emphasizes complex SQL, OBIEE reporting, and documentation.

Responsibilities include creating validated data queries, maintaining reusable SQL libraries, and assisting in UAT alongside ITS and program managers. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience creating SQL queries and stored procedures using Oracle PL/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and execute Oracle SQL queries against the NYWIC Production database as requested for validation and data analysis.
• Develop and maintain a library of SQL queries for recurring parameterized requests.
• Assist DOH staff in understanding NYWIC data structures for new reports.
• Assist in developing ad-hoc queries in the NYWIC Datamart OBIEE system with guidelines.
• Collaborate with NYWIC Datamart team, staff and vendor to map data between NYWIC and the Datamart.
• Participate in reviewing and documenting regression test scripts for UAT.
• Provide general support for UAT efforts and work with ITS and Program managers on policies.
