Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) is seeking an ERP Senior Associate to deliver advisory and implementation services across client organizations for the Oracle Practice. The role entails planning, design, build, testing, training, and post-production support, with up to 40% travel to client sites.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 2 years of consulting experience, and hands-on Oracle ERP lifecycle experience, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, SCM, Information Technology, MIS or related field required.
Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
Experience with a full life cycle implementation of Oracle ERP or similar applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports.
Experience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle ERP Applications.
Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects.

Responsibilities

Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases.
Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption.
Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
Provide post-production support.
Assist with full life cycle implementations.
Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
