Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle Utilities ETL tools (5+ Years).
• Experience with PL/SQL scripting and Relational Database modelling (5+ Years).
• Experience with structured system development methodologies (5+ Years).
• Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting and sense of urgency independently identify options (5+ Years).
• Ability to organize prioritize and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures (5+ Years).
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects or BIRT (5+ Years).
• Experience with Agile (Scrum Kanban or Safe) development (2+ Years).
• Data Warehouse experience (2+ Years).

Responsibilities

• Understand underlying data sources and interpret requirements to analyze operational issues and develop diagnostic data via reports and dashboards.
• Gather and document requirements for new or changed data extracts and report development; write complex SQL queries against large tables.
• Analyze existing queries and reports, fix issues, and develop operational performance metrics and reports to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Provide 24x7 On Call support/rotation.
