Uber is hiring a People Systems Product Manager for the Talent Acquisition team in San Francisco to own the strategy and roadmap for the TA ecosystem, including Oracle ORC, Beamery, and custom tools, with a focus on post-go-live stabilization and future enhancements.

You will write PRDs, manage backlogs, and collaborate with engineers, UX researchers, and recruiters to deliver intuitive, scalable recruiting experiences for a global workforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management delivering tech products.
• Experience supporting heavily integrated product ecosystems.
• Hands-on with PRDs, backlogs, and stabilization processes.
• Strong user-centric product thinking with data-driven prioritization.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in complex orgs.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and roadmaps for TA ecosystem.
• Oversee post-launch triage and stabilization of Oracle ORC.
• Lead long-term enhancements and new features.
• Write PRDs and manage backlog with engineers and UX researchers.
• Balance timelines, performance, and cost to meet ROI.
