Job summary

Epsilon in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Database Administrator to ensure reliability, performance, and security of enterprise PostgreSQL and Oracle environments in a 24x7 HA setup. You will manage on‑prem and cloud databases (AWS/Azure/GCP), handle replication, RAC, and DR, and drive modernization via migrations and automation.

The role requires 8+ years in DBA, Oracle RAC/Data Guard/RMAN expertise, Linux/Unix skills, and scripting abilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in database administration.
• Experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and RMAN.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Linux/Unix proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle and PostgreSQL databases in 24x7, high-availability settings.
• Manage replication, standby databases, RAC clusters, and DR strategies.
• Support migrations and automate routine DBA workflows.
