Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into functional solutions within Oracle Utilities C2M or CCS. You will collaborate with client stakeholders and EY project teams to support design, configuration, testing, issue resolution and knowledge transfer, while coaching junior team members.

You’ll contribute to high-quality delivery and support an inclusive, high-performing team environment across multiple workstreams and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• In-depth understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Knowledge of Oracle Utilities product implementation activities (requirements, configuration, testing, defect resolution).
• Proven ability to work effectively with customers across departments and levels.
• Experience supporting business process change and client communications.
• Strong business analysis, process facilitation, technical writing, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, “can do” attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document and validate business needs and functional requirements for Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Align functional workstreams with client direction and delivery timelines.
• Participate in discovery, requirements gathering, design and analysis sessions.
• Design and configure application software.
• Analyze requirements to define solution parameters and specifications.
• Help with design workshops and functional design decisions.
• Manage functional scope, risks and issues and escalate as needed.
• Conduct business process analysis for successful roll-out.
• Support Planning and Design activities and document outputs.
• Configure base system and assist with testing of configurations and RICE objects.
• Triage and resolve defects during testing.
