Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into functional solutions within Oracle Utilities MDM (C2M/CCS). You will collaborate with client stakeholders and EY teams to design, configure, test, resolve issues, and transfer knowledge.

You’ll coach junior staff and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive team environment. The role requires strong communication, ability to lead workshops, and travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• In-depth understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Utilities implementations (Oracle MDM, C2M or CCS).
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration and delivery of Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Document and validate business requirements with client stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops and document outputs for functional designs.
• Assist with testing of base configurations and RICE objects.
• Triage and resolve defects during testing.
• Manage functional scope, risks and issues; escalate when needed.
• Provide knowledge transfer to client project teams.
