Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into Oracle Utilities MDM solutions for client engagements. You will work with EY project teams to design, configure, test and resolve issues while coaching junior members in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

The role emphasizes delivering quality, leading workshops, and ensuring alignment with client goals. Expect hybrid work in a client-facing, demand-driven setting with significant travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Deep understanding of Meter Data Management functions and Oracle Utilities MDM/C2M/CCS.
• 3+ years supporting Oracle Utilities implementations; experience in Oracle MDM, C2M or CCS preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework and related implementations.
• Knowledge of requirements, configuration, testing and defect resolution in Oracle Utilities products.
• Strong IT and business consulting skills; able to analyze, facilitate and document.
• Excellent business analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel up to 75% and work in a dynamic client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Support design, configuration, testing and issue resolution for client engagements.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering and design sessions with stakeholders.
• Document functional designs and ensure alignment with project leadership.
• Assist with workshops, risk management, and delivering on time with quality.
