Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to deliver client engagements by translating business requirements into functional Oracle Utilities MDM solutions (C2M/CCS). You will work with client stakeholders and EY teams to support design, configuration, testing, issue resolution and knowledge transfer, coaching junior members, and promoting an inclusive, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• In depth understanding of the Meter Data Management functions
• At least 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Utilities implementations, with relevant experience in Oracle MDM, C2M or CCS preferred
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework
• Working knowledge of Oracle Utilities product implementation activities, including requirements, configuration, testing and defect resolution
• Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with customers, across different departments and levels within the company
• Experience supporting business process change, Oracle Utilities software delivery and client communications
• Proficient knowledge of information technology and business consulting practice
• Strong business analysis, process facilitation, technical writing, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills
• Handle multiple assignments within a fast-paced environment with potential conflicting schedules
• Positive, “can do” attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Designs and configures application software
• Identify, document and validate business needs and functional requirements for Oracle Utilities MDM solutions
• Support project objectives by aligning functional workstreams with client direction and delivery timelines
• Participate in discovery, requirements gathering, design and analysis sessions
• Manage functional scope, risks and issues by escalating concerns and supporting mitigation activities
• Contribute to functional designs for RICE objects and data conversions
• Triage and resolution of defects during testing
• Author interface and data conversion strategy documentation
• Provide knowledge transfer to client project teams
