Job summary

EY is seeking a skilled Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into practical MDM solutions within C2M or CCS. You will engage client stakeholders, configure designs, support testing, and help deliver high‑quality client outcomes.

You will coach junior team members, contribute to an inclusive, high‑performing team culture, and travel as needed up to 75% to support engagements. EY offers a collaborative, flexible hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Utilities, especially MDM, C2M or CCS.
• Proven ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Oracle MDM solutions.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and EY teams to design, configure and test solutions.
• Co‑achieve delivery milestones and coach junior team members.
• Manage functional scope, risks and issues and support workshops.
