Job summary

Insight Global in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant focused on Payroll to join our team. You will configure, test, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions to meet business requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5–8 years of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll experience, at least two end-to-end implementations, and hands-on payroll configuration, including fast formulas and compliance setup.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with Payroll focus.
• 2 successful end-to-end Oracle Payroll implementations.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Hands-on payroll configuration, fast formulas, and compliance setup.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/IT/Finance or related field.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Payroll) preferred; Kronos data experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle HCM Payroll module per business requirements.
• Perform Unit Testing, UAT Testing, and End-to-End testing.
• Set up payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, and costing rules.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and statutory regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
