Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an Oracle HCM Payroll Developer to join the Payroll Technology team in Charlotte, NC.

You will design, configure, test, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions while supporting year-end processing and ongoing maintenance. This contract-to-hire role requires 5–8 years of Oracle HCM experience, deep payroll knowledge, and hands-on work with HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, PL/SQL, and OIC.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Oracle HCM experience.
• Deep payroll processing knowledge (US taxes, payroll accounting).
• Hands-on with Elements, Fast Formulas, Value Sets.

Responsibilities

• Design, code/configure, test, debug, and implement applications per SDLC.
• Build and troubleshoot Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll components.
• Collaborate across HR, Compensation, and Payroll for end-to-end integrations.
• Prepare technical design specs from functional requirements.
