Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Integrations Specialist to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and HRIS, payroll, benefits, and finance systems. You will work across Core HR, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor modules, delivering secure, scalable, and maintainable integration solutions.

Responsibilities include building interfaces with HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OIC, while ensuring data integrity, PII protection, and SOX

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle HCM integrations in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, including optimization and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, and BI Publisher.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware platforms.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, secure file transfers, and authentication protocols.
• Experience with Python or Java for data transformation and automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and automated testing frameworks.
• Understanding of PII protection, SOX controls, and audit requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and deliver long-term solutions.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel for client-site visits occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems.
• Understand Oracle HCM data structures to ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Write clean, scalable code in SQL/PLSQL and scripting languages.
• Build interfaces using HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OIC.
• Implement and manage REST/SOAP APIs and secure transfers.
• Optimize queries, jobs, and batch processing for high-volume data.
