Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM specialist in Coppell, TX to lead and maintain cloud-enabled HCM solutions and oversee Benefits and Payroll configurations. You will act as the primary technical resource for Benefits and Payroll, guiding complex configurations and SDLC processes.

The role demands independent problem solving, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor staff while aligning roadmaps with Oracle release cycles and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management/Information Systems, or equivalent training, education, and experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in the function represented.
• Subject matter expert within Benefits and Payroll with understanding of interrelationships of different disciplines.
• Advanced skill with case management and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance and mentor others.
• Advanced interpersonal skills with internal/external stakeholders and leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle HCM functional/technical data flows, notifications and integrations.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies and AI concepts.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management with the ability to influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex technical projects and initiatives with significant risk and business impact for Benefits and Payroll.
• Perform and guide Oracle HCM system configurations to align with organizational needs.
• Act as the primary technical resource for Benefits and Payroll.
• Promote cloud methodologies, approaches, and market trends.
• Review and edit project deliverables to assess cloud capabilities and solutions.
• Align product roadmaps with Oracle release cycles.
• Manage the SDLC from requirements to deployment.
• Consult and support internal customers as a trusted advisor.
• Design and document technical solutions to functional system requirements.
• Develop and enhance practices, procedures, and instructions.
• Lead medium to large projects and mentor staff.
