Job summary

Providence is seeking a qualified professional to join Enterprise Information Services to support Oracle Fusion SCM and RFSmart warehouse solutions. You will partner with Supply Chain, Finance, vendors, and IT to deliver scalable, standardized processes and improve operational efficiency.

The role involves gathering requirements, leading change requests, configuring interfaces, and guiding UAT. Occasional travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, business, IS, engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of functional ERP experience (Oracle Cloud, EBS/EPM, PeopleSoft, Workday).
• 5 years of project experience; familiarity with deployment, support, lifecycle, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and enhance Oracle Fusion and RFSmart applications.
• Lead CRs from requirements through testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, vendors, and IT teams.
• Coordinate upgrades, releases, and post-deployment activities.
• Perform business and systems analysis to identify improvements.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce Or Combination of education and relevant experience
