Job summary

Aero Alliance seeks an Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Specialist to develop, implement, and sustain DT applications in support of the value chain. You will liaison between DT and AAJV supply chain, managing projects, applications, and process improvements through Oracle R12 E-Business Suite and Fusion SCP/ASCP.

The role requires strong IT background, proven Oracle SCP/ASCP experience, and ability to drive end-to-end system improvements and analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Information Technology experience.
• 3+ years of Oracle Cloud SCP: Supply Planning, Replenishment or Backlog Management or expertise on Oracle EBS/ERP (SCM module – Materials Planning, Inventory, Procurement, Logistics), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)
• Bachelor’s degree in business or information systems related fields (master’s in science or business, preferred)
• Project management (more), ERP functional expertise (more), ERP configuration (less)

Responsibilities

• Manage Supply Planning applications lifecycle (Oracle SCP Could Supply Planning/Backlog Mgmt./Replenishment Planning) and vendor relationships.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization to drive measurable value for AAJV.
• Lead DT programs/projects/agile initiatives; collaborate on end-to-end system implementations.
• Collaborate with business partners to identify digital solution improvements.
• Identify data & analytics gaps; design/test/rollout of reports and dashboards.
• Set KPIs, milestones, and reporting cadence.
• Ensure alignment with standards and regulatory requirements; sustain DT applications.
• Develop high-performing teams through leadership and coaching.
