Job summary

On-Demand Group is seeking a Systems Analyst to partner with business teams and ITS to deliver innovative capabilities across the company’s technology systems in a dynamic environment.

You will investigate solutions, gather requirements, design specifications, and support testing while maintaining standards. The role emphasizes collaboration, confidentiality, and proactive problem-solving within supply chain and manufacturing contexts in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 3+ years in IT and in supply chain/manufacturing support.
• Experience with service management methodologies.
• Analytical, project management, and client-facing experience.
• Proficient with Oracle Fusion SCM/ERP and SQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to deliver innovative capabilities.
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve applications issues with ITS and vendors.
• Analyze requirements and propose solutions via config or new functionality.
• Develop and maintain test plans and scripts.
• Follow standards and provide timely reporting.
• Build relationships across diverse backgrounds and levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
