Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, supply chain, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM experience in a techno-functional role.
• Strong functional knowledge across Oracle SCM areas including PLM, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and WMS.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP, FBDI/ADFDI, BI Publisher, OTBI, and SQL troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with WMS, PLM, EDI, and third-party applications; knowledge of FlexiPro/Redzone preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own functional support and configuration for Inventory Management, Manufacturing, WMS, PLM, Quality, and related SCM processes.
• Design, test, and support inbound/outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud and related interfaces.
• Develop and maintain OTBI analyses, BI Publisher reports, data models, and dashboards; perform data validation with SQL.
• Coordinate changes across development, test, and production environments; manage migrations and post-deployment validation.
• Serve as escalation point for production issues; ensure security, data access, and SOPs are maintained.

The hybrid role supports Oracle Fusion SCM, PLM, and WMS processes across procurement, product data, inventory, manufacturing, quality, costing, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.

The Oracle ERP Fusion Techno-Functional Analyst is a key member of a highly collaborative Applications team responsible for keeping our enterprise systems stable, reliable, and continuously improving. This role combines hands‑on production support with strong Techno-Functional expertise and a team‑first mindset.

Requirements

Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Ownership

• Provide functional support and configuration for Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Product Management and PLM, Quality, Cost Management, Demand and Supply Planning, Procurement, Order Management, Receiving, Shipping, and warehouse execution processes.
• Partner with business process owners to map current and future workflows, document requirements, assess gaps, and translate approved needs into functional designs and system configuration.
• Maintain items, suppliers, bill of material, structure, routing, work definition, category, locator, sourcing, and other supply chain master data controls.
• Support PLM item lifecycle, change orders, approvals, product structures, attachments, and downstream synchronization to manufacturing and warehouse systems.
• Support WMS receiving, put‑away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, lot control, and inventory reconciliation.

Technical Solutions Integrations and Reporting

• Design, build, test, and support inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP services, SFTP, business events, file‑based interfaces, and scheduled processes.
• Develop and maintain FBDI and ADFDI templates, HDL where applicable, data conversion routines, interface controls, error handling, and reconciliation procedures.
• Create and support OTBI analyses, BI Publisher reports and data models, extracts, dashboards, and operational exception reporting; use SQL to investigate data and validate results.
• Monitor integrations and batch processes, analyze logs and payloads, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with Oracle and third‑party vendors.
• Produce technical designs, interface mappings, report specifications, deployment instructions, support run books, and configuration records.

Solution Delivery Testing and Release Management

• Assess Oracle quarterly updates, identify functional and technical impacts, execute regression testing, and coordinate adoption of relevant features.
• Manage changes through established development, test, and production environments, including migration packages, approvals, rollback plans, and post‑deployment validation.

Production Support, Security, and Controls

• Serve as the primary IT escalation point for Oracle SCM, PLM, WMS, FlexiPro, Redzone, EDI, integrations, and reporting issues through Fresh service ticketing.
• Administer application roles, data access, user provisioning, access reviews, and segregation‑of‑duties controls in coordination with security and process owners.
• Maintain monitoring, job schedules, interface dependencies, and support procedures; communicate business impact, workaround, ownership, and resolution status during incidents. Train super users and maintain SOPs, job aids, FAQs, and searchable knowledge articles.

Continuous Improvement and Collaboration

• Identify automation, data quality, usability, and process‑control opportunities using incident trends, user feedback, and operational measures.
• Coordinate with Oracle, FlexiPro, Redzone, EDI, and other technology partners to resolve defects and deliver integrated improvements.
• Stay current on Oracle Cloud roadmaps and supply chain technology; share knowledge with business users and IT colleagues. Support enterprise application initiatives and other cross‑functional IT work as assigned. Oracle quarterly patch analyzes and enables new features including Redwood pages and AI Agents.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field, or
• equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM experience in a techno‑functional role supporting production operations and solution delivery.
• Must have strong functional knowledge in several Oracle SCM areas, including Product Management or PLM, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Cost Management, Order Management, Planning, or warehouse operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST or SOAP services, FBDI, ADFDI, BI Publisher, OTBI, and SQL‑based troubleshooting is needed.
• Experience supporting integrations among Oracle Fusion, WMS, PLM, EDI, custom applications, and third‑party platforms; FlexiPro and Redzone experience is preferred.
• Experience with data migration, interface reconciliation, root‑cause analysis, application security, quarterly release testing, and Tier 2 or Tier 3 support.
• Ability to create functional and technical designs, interface mappings, test scripts, deployment documentation, SOPs, and support run books.
• Clear communication with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors; able to explain technical issues in operational terms.
• Supply chain or manufacturing experience is required; CPG or food and beverage experience is preferred.
• Oracle Fusion SCM certifications are preferred.
