Job summary

Providence Shared Services seeks an experienced professional to implement and optimize Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules and RFSmart Warehouse Operations. You will partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable enterprise solutions and lead CRs from design to post-production support.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring systems, testing, and mentoring team members, while driving automation, RPA, and AI initiatives to enhance efficiency and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering or related field; 5+ years of functional experience.
• 5 years of design, implementation and/or maintenance of ERP systems (Oracle Cloud Suite, Oracle EBS/EPM, PeopleSoft, Workday).
• Proven ability to lead medium to complex projects with deployment, support, and life-cycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Fusion SCM and RFSmart Warehouse solutions.
• Lead change requests from requirements through testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align processes with enterprise standards.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI, and process improvements across supply chain.
• Coordinate integrations, testing, and end-user acceptance testing.
