Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or 12 years relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and apply industry best practices.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, configuration, and upgrades for low to medium complexity applications.
• Guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues.
• Identify issues in application areas and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Develop new processes and procedures to meet current challenges.
• Create and maintain system documentation and mentor peers.
• Oversee estimation of enhancements or support requests.
• Partner with stakeholders and vendor staff to align business needs with delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement for IT processes and workflows.
