Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a Sr. Application Analyst for Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM in Madison, WI.

The role focuses on design, configuration, upgrades, and optimization, acting as a primary support contact for end users, guiding workflow and solution design, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality PLM solutions. The candidate will mentor analysts, define KPIs, analyze performance, and contribute to SOPs during implementation while working onsite up to four days per

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or GED with 12 years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM design, configuration, and support is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary support contact for PLM end users and resolve issues.
• Define acceptance criteria for product features and assist in test planning.
• Collaborate with QE to ensure quality and performance.
• Maintain documentation like gap analyses and business requirements.
• Groom and prioritize backlog ensuring alignment with strategy.
