TechNeptune Consulting Inc. seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion US Payroll Solution Architect to lead cloud payroll implementations for US clients. You will guide solution design, client advisory, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

Ideal candidates have deep Oracle Fusion Payroll expertise, strong knowledge of US payroll legislation, and excellent client-facing skills to manage complex payroll programs and multi-state requirements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years overall experience with ERP/HRIS.
• 5+ years Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience.
• 3+ end-to-end Oracle US Payroll implementations.
• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion US Payroll solution design and workshops.
• Document requirements and define payroll architecture and operating model.
• Configure payroll elements, balances, and Fast Formulas; support testing.
• Oversee CRP, SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll and production deployment.
• Ensure US payroll compliance across federal/state/local taxes and garnishments.
